Important Information About Baby Immunisations

We appreciate everyone’s concerns regarding Coronavirus and need for isolation and social distancing as per Gov advice. However it’s equally important for baby immunisation to be continued as per the guidance to avoid any risk to the babies and children from the life threatening but easily preventable infections.

Please make sure you attend for all the essential advised baby immunisation to keep the young ones safe.

This means we are making changes to the way you order your medication.

If you have access to SystmOnline please use this platform to request medication.

If you don’t have access to SystmOnline then please go to our website and click on the link to request medication. You do not need a systmonline account to do this.

You may also request medication by sending an email to hilltopsmc@nhs.net.

If you have NO WAY of ordering online then you may call reception AFTER 13:00 to request your medication.

Please beware any request over the phone before this time will NOT be actioned.

Please beware that prescription requests may take some time due to staff shortages but we will do our best to action them asap.

All prescriptions will be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy.

As per latest government advice all patients in the at risk category are advised to quarantine for 12 weeks.

Get an Isolation Note

Use this service if you have to stay at home because of Coronavirus and you need a note for your employer. Please do not call the surgery.

If you have to stay at home but feel well enough to work, ask your employer if you can work from home. If you can work from home, you will not need an isolation note.

You can also use this service for someone else.

Coronavirus Update

Hilltops Medical Centre has cancelled all pre-booked appointments due to the outbreak of Coronavirus. A clinician will call you for a telephone triage on the day of your booked Face to Face appointment.

Please do not attend the medical Centre unless advised to do so by a Clinician after assessment. Please be aware that we may be busy due to receiving a higher than usual volume of calls.
