The Mix

The Mix is a drop-in service supporting emotional health and mental well-being. They encourage people to form new friendships and access support services. Alpha-Stim-D Research Study

We are testing the effectiveness of a clinically proven medical device
called Alpha-Stim AID for the treatment of depression. The Alpha-Stim-D
trial will help us decide if the device should be made freely available

Young Person's Sanctuary

Mental Health Crisis Support for 14-17yrs.

Mind BLMK is delighted to  provide crisis services for young people in need of mental health support. The sanctuary is launching at CAMHS Eaglestone Health Centre, Standing Way, Milton Keynes MK6 5AZ on Wednesday 24 January 2024, where it will then operate every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 5pm and 10pm, as well as on Saturdays between 4pm and 10pm.
